How to work on images for internet store

• Open Photoshop software
  Click on Start -> Programs -> Photoshop
   
• Open an image
  File -> Open -> (find and choose scanned image on your computer and open it)
  
  
  
  (if you like the way item shown on the picture and you need only to resize the picture please skip the next Step and go to Step 4)
   
• If you need to cut one item from the picture please find and click on Crop Tool
  
  
  
  Point mouse to the center of the image to be cut out from the whole picture, Press Shift & Alt keys and hold them while dragging the mouse cursor to desired edge of the image This operation will form bright squire; you can release Shift & Alt and adjust bright squire to designed size and shape
  
  
  
  
  When done go to the menu on top Image -> Crop, unneeded background will be cut out.

• Make image 100% in size by pressing CTRL +
   
• Adjust image quality:
  
  
  • Image -> image size change to resolution 72 pix and change the size to 300x300
• Save image:
  
  
  • File -> Save as
     
  • Click on Desktop
     
  • Type desired name of the file and choose JPG format.
     
  • File quality medium = 6
  
  
  You are done! Your picture is on your Desktop.
  
  Please minimize Photoshop.
  
  You are ready to install your picture on your website:
   
• Open link:

• Find or create category where you want to upload your new image
  
  For example: Catalog -> Specials -> Coffee tables
  
  Click on link "add new item"
  
  Feel out all necessary information and click "Browse" to upload picture into you website.
  
  You are done.
  
  Please visit your website in order to check how new item appears on the website
